- Mark Middleton — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. Found hanging from tree with extension cord AND 12-gauge shotgun blast to chest at Heifer Ranch, Perryville, Arkansas, May 7, 2022. Initial police report: no gun found. Later report: gun 30 feet away. Records sealed by Judge Alice Gray. No known connection to ranch. Ruling took 9 months.
- Arthur Shapiro — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS — CONFIRMED MURDER. Gunned down March 1985. Unsolved. Weeks from IRS questioning. Epstein directly took his position managing Les Wexner's fortune. Prime suspect (Berry Kessler) was documented murder-for-hire organizer with FBI-documented Epstein link.
- Daniel Anderl — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. Judge Esther Salas's 20-year-old son, shot at their home July 2020. His mother received the Epstein-Deutsche Bank case four days earlier. Gunman Roy Den Hollander had ties to Kroll Associates intelligence firm.
- Danny Casolaro — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. Investigative journalist investigating PROMIS/Maxwell intelligence operation. Found with wrists slashed in hotel bathtub, August 1991. Briefcase of evidence missing. Predicted his own death.
- John Deroo — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. Berry Kessler's associate. Shot six times in the face. A $500K insurance policy had been taken out on him by Kessler.
- Gary Caradori — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. Private investigator for the Nebraska legislature's Franklin scandal inquiry. His plane disintegrated mid-air in July 1990. His briefcase of evidence was missing from the crash site.
- Craig Spence — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. DC lobbyist who ran a blackmail operation from his bugged Kalorama mansion, conducting midnight White House tours with male escorts. Subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury. Found dead in a Ritz-Carlton hotel room in a tuxedo, with a CIA Director newspaper clipping nearby, November 1989.
- Virginia Giuffre — HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. Most prominent Epstein accuser. Died by gunshot at farm in Western Australia, April 25, 2025. Previously posted she was "in no way suicidal." Father says "somebody got to her." $20M+ allegedly missing from estate. No coroner's report released.
Suspicious
- Thomas Bowers — SUSPICIOUS. Head of Deutsche Bank wealth management. Found hanged in Malibu home, November 19, 2019. Same method as Epstein and Brunel. Oversaw division that moved Epstein's money. Died 3 months after Epstein.
- Steven Hoffenberg — SUSPICIOUS. Epstein's mentor. Found dead in Connecticut apartment, August 2022. Dead 7+ days before discovery. Had confessed about Epstein-Maxwell blackmail operation, cooperated with FBI, spoke about Mossad connections.
- Ruslana Korshunova — SUSPICIOUS. Model. Fell from 9th floor at 130 Water Street, Manhattan, June 28, 2008. Documented on Epstein's jet to his island at 18 with Sarah Kellen. Body landed 8.5m from building. No suicide note, no drugs/alcohol. Mother rejects ruling.
- Anastasia Drozdova — SUSPICIOUS. Model. Jumped from building in Kyiv, 2009. Friend of Korshunova. Both attended same "Rose of the World" psych sessions. Both experienced personality changes. Died in identical fashion approximately one year after Korshunova.
- Robert Maxwell — SUSPICIOUS. Ghislaine's father and alleged Mossad intelligence asset. Found in the ocean near his yacht off the Canary Islands, November 1991. Cause of death disputed. Allegedly distributed backdoored PROMIS software for Mossad.
- Nikolai Mushegian — SUSPICIOUS. MakerDAO co-founder. Tweeted that CIA and Mossad ran a sex trafficking ring in Puerto Rico. Drowned in the ocean four hours later, October 2022.
- Aaron Swartz — SUSPICIOUS. Reddit co-founder, internet freedom activist, and co-creator of the SecureDrop whistleblower tool. Found hanged at home in January 2013, facing 35 years in federal prison for downloading academic journal articles from MIT — the same MIT that secretly accepted Epstein donations. Father said "killed by the government."
- Isaac Kappy — SUSPICIOUS. Actor who publicly named Hollywood pedophiles. Said "if I die, it wasn't suicide." Fell from a bridge in Arizona, May 2019.
- Natacha Jaitt — SUSPICIOUS. Argentine model who publicly accused politicians and a Pope Francis associate of child trafficking on national television. Tweeted "if I die, it wasn't me." Found dead at a party venue, February 2019. Blood tests disputed the official overdose ruling.
- Sabrina Bittencourt — SUSPICIOUS. Activist who exposed the "John of God" faith healer's baby trafficking operation. Died while in hiding in Barcelona, February 2019. Son said "they killed my mother." No confirmed death certificate.
- Tracy Twyman — SUSPICIOUS. Author and researcher who continued Isaac Kappy's research into elite pedophilia. Found hanged in her garage, July 2019. Had left a dead man's switch of information.
- Frank Yassenoff — SUSPICIOUS. Berry Kessler's Columbus, Ohio business partner. Shot to death alongside his fiancee. Unsolved.
- Ella Rich — SUSPICIOUS. Yassenoff's fiancee, killed alongside him. Unsolved.
- Marjorie_Dyer — SUSPICIOUS. Co-signed Yassenoff's will with Kessler. Died in a car accident.
- Chris Cornell — SUSPICIOUS. Soundgarden frontman who had backed a child trafficking documentary. Found hanged in hotel room, May 2017. Wife disputes suicide ruling.
- Chester Bennington — SUSPICIOUS. Linkin Park frontman and Cornell's close friend. Found hanged, July 2017 — on what would have been Cornell's birthday. Same method, same timing.
- Avicii (Tim Bergling) — SUSPICIOUS. Swedish DJ who worked on a music video exposing child trafficking. Died of self-inflicted wounds in Oman, April 2018, age 28.
- Anthony Bourdain — SUSPICIOUS. Celebrity chef and journalist, vocal critic of sexual abusers. Found hanged in a hotel room in Strasbourg, France, June 8, 2018. No prior warning signs.
- Deputy Chief Steven Silks — SUSPICIOUS. NYPD deputy chief who allegedly viewed content on the Weiner laptop. Died by suicide, September 2016 — the first of four NYPD officers allegedly connected to the laptop who died within 22 days.
- Det. Joseph Calabrese — SUSPICIOUS. NYPD detective who allegedly viewed the Weiner laptop. Died by suicide the day after Silks.
- Officer Michael Caddy — SUSPICIOUS. NYPD officer, age 29, who allegedly viewed the Weiner laptop. Died by suicide.
- Officer Kevin Preiss — SUSPICIOUS. NYPD officer who allegedly viewed the Weiner laptop. Died by suicide.

- Aivar Rehe — SUSPICIOUS. CEO of the Danske Bank Estonia branch that processed approximately $230 billion in suspicious transactions. Found dead at his home, September 2019. Had been questioned as a witness in the money laundering investigation.
- Vince Foster — SUSPICIOUS. Clinton White House deputy counsel. Found shot in Fort Marcy Park, July 1993. Ruled suicide. Referenced in Epstein's emails regarding an alleged Clinton affair.
- John Ashe — SUSPICIOUS. Former President of the UN General Assembly. A barbell crushed his throat while he was weightlifting, June 2016. Died days before his corruption trial in a case involving a Clinton Foundation donor.
- Philip Haney — SUSPICIOUS. DHS whistleblower who investigated trafficking and extremist networks. Found shot in a parking lot, February 2020. Ruled suicide; family doubts the ruling.
- Jonathan Nichols — SUSPICIOUS. Oklahoma state senator who authored death penalty legislation for repeat child molesters and created the OSBI Child Abuse Response Team. Died of a gunshot wound to the chest, June 2019. Firearm found in an "unexpected position." Died the same week as Linda Collins-Smith.
- Philip K. Dick — SUSPICIOUS. Sci-fi author and confirmed FBI/CIA surveillance target. His home safe was blown open with professional explosives in 1971 — never solved. Died of sudden strokes at age 53 in March 1982, weeks before Blade Runner would have given him his largest cultural platform. Claimed to have uncovered a hidden control system underlying consensus reality.
- Roy Den Hollander — SUSPICIOUS. Former Kroll Associates operative who killed Judge Salas's son four days after she was assigned the Epstein-Deutsche Bank case. Found dead of a gunshot wound, ruled suicide, within 24 hours of killing Daniel Anderl.
- Ted Gunderson — SUSPICIOUS. Former FBI Special Agent in Charge who spent decades investigating the CIA-linked Finders cult, the Franklin scandal, and intelligence-run "brownstone operations" (sexual blackmail using minors). Died of bladder cancer, July 2011. Multiple associates allege arsenic poisoning.
- Diana Spencer — SUSPICIOUS. Princess of Wales. Predicted in writing she would be killed in a car "accident." Died in a Paris tunnel crash, August 1997. Driver reportedly had intelligence contacts. A 2008 British inquest jury returned a verdict of "unlawful killing." Connected to the Epstein network through Prince Andrew.
- Nancy Schaefer — SUSPICIOUS. Georgia state senator who published a widely-read exposé on CPS-linked child trafficking. Shot in the back with an untraceable gun her family did not recognize, March 2010. Was completing a documentary and reportedly receiving death threats.
- Jill Dando — SUSPICIOUS. BBC Crimewatch presenter who reportedly compiled a dossier on a BBC pedophile ring. Shot execution-style on her doorstep, April 1999. Case remains unsolved 26 years later.
- Peaches Geldof — SUSPICIOUS. Publicly named mothers who had enabled pedophile Ian Watkins. Found dead of a heroin overdose five months later, April 2014, in Kent. The heroin was 61% pure and the supplier was never identified.
- Trevor Moore — SUSPICIOUS. Comedy Central comedian who delivered Epstein conspiracy material and anti-elite content to millions of fans. Fell from a second-story balcony at 2:30 a.m. with a BAC of 0.27, August 2021.
Moderate Suspicion
- Carolyn Andriano — MODERATE SUSPICION. Epstein victim. Accidental overdose, May 23, 2023, age 36, DoubleTree by Hilton, West Palm Beach. Testified against Maxwell. Mother says things "don't make sense." Left five children.
- Steve Bing — MODERATE SUSPICION. Movie producer. Fell from 27th floor of The Ten Thousand, Century City, June 22, 2020. Named in 2026 Epstein files. Major Clinton donor. Had documented depression, drug use, and financial collapse.
- Joe Recarey — MODERATE SUSPICION. Lead Epstein detective. Died unexpectedly May 25, 2018, age 50. 150+ commendations. Died one year before Epstein's re-arrest. Family confirmed natural causes (sleep apnea).
- Corey Haim — MODERATE SUSPICION. Child actor allegedly raped at 13 on a film set in 1986. Died of pneumonia/heart disease at age 38 in 2010, after decades of trauma-driven addiction. Silenced before the #MeToo era.
- Linda Collins_Smith — MODERATE SUSPICION. Arkansas state senator investigating DHS and CPS corruption. Stabbed to death at her home, May 2019. A killer was convicted on a financial motive, but the timing and broader context remain debated.
- Mark Salling — MODERATE SUSPICION. Glee actor found with 50,000+ child abuse images and a child abuse instruction manual. Found hanged five weeks before federal sentencing, January 2018. The distribution network for his collection was never traced.
Uncertain
- Wendy Leigh — UNCERTAIN. Celebrity biographer. Found beneath London balcony, May 29, 2016, age 65. Claimed to be investigating Epstein but no contemporaneous 2016 evidence found. Ex-husband emphatically rejects suicide.
- William Broeksmit — UNCERTAIN. Deutsche Bank senior risk executive. Found hanged at his London home, January 2014. His son Val subsequently became an FBI informant handing over troves of internal Deutsche Bank documents.
- Val Broeksmit — UNCERTAIN. Deutsche Bank whistleblower and FBI informant, son of William Broeksmit. Found dead of blunt-force trauma on a Los Angeles university campus, April 2022.
- Ines Zorreguieta — UNCERTAIN. Queen Maxima's sister. Found hanged in Buenos Aires, June 6, 2018 — the same week as Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. No confirmed Epstein link.
- Kate Spade — UNCERTAIN. Fashion designer. Found hanged with a red scarf in her New York apartment, June 5, 2018, three days before Bourdain. No confirmed Epstein link.
- Anne Heche — UNCERTAIN. Actress who starred in trafficking film Girl in Room 13. Died following a severe car crash, August 2022. Toxicology found cocaine and marijuana. Crash circumstances were unusual.
- Paul Walker — UNCERTAIN. Actor and philanthropist. Died in a car crash, November 2013. Alleged trafficking discovery during Haiti relief work — unverified.
- Prince (Prince Rogers Nelson) — UNCERTAIN. One of the music industry's most vocal critics of corporate exploitation. Died of fentanyl-laced counterfeit pills, April 2016. Source of the fatal pills was never identified. No direct Epstein link.
- Kurt Cobain — UNCERTAIN. Nirvana frontman. Died of a shotgun wound, ruled suicide, April 1994. Fringe theories link to music industry trafficking networks. Speculative.
- Michael Hutchence — UNCERTAIN. INXS frontman. Found hanged in a Sydney hotel, November 1997. Family disputes suicide. Unexplained injuries. His $13M fortune vanished into offshore trusts. First in the Hutchence-Yates-Geldof family death chain.
- LeRoi Moore — UNCERTAIN. Dave Matthews Band founding saxophonist. Died at 46 from blood clots following an ATV crash, August 2008. Band's talent agency CEO was later linked to Epstein. No direct connection.
- Alexis Arquette — UNCERTAIN. Transgender actress who publicly accused powerful Hollywood figures and was reportedly planning a tell-all memoir. Died of HIV-related cardiac arrest, September 2016. Death medically explained but fits whistleblower pattern.
- Andrew Breitbart — UNCERTAIN. Media executive. Died of heart failure, March 2012. Had tweeted about John Podesta and a trafficking cover-up; had announced he would release damaging videos.
- Vitaly Churkin — UNCERTAIN. Russian UN Ambassador. Died suddenly of a cardiac event in New York, February 2017. Cause of death was withheld by the State Department.
- Deborah Jeane Palfrey — UNCERTAIN. "DC Madam." Said she would never hang herself. Found hanged in a storage shed in Florida, May 2008, sixteen days after conviction.
- Ivana Trump — UNCERTAIN. Donald Trump's first ex-wife. Found dead at the bottom of a staircase in her Manhattan home, July 2022. Ruled accidental blunt-impact injuries. The hashtag #Epsteined trended following her death.
- Monica Petersen — UNCERTAIN. Human trafficking researcher who had traveled to Haiti. Found dead in her apartment, ruled suicide, November 2016. Died at age 32.
- Seth Rich — UNCERTAIN. DNC staffer shot twice in the back in Washington DC, July 2016. Nothing stolen. Case unsolved. Tangential Epstein connection claimed online; unverified.
- Max Spiers — UNCERTAIN. Researcher who was investigating elite pedophilia networks. Found dead in Poland, July 2016. Told his mother via text: "if anything happens to me, investigate." Blood test results disputed.
- Marc Angelucci — UNCERTAIN. Men's rights attorney. Shot at his front door, July 2020. Killed by Roy Den Hollander, the same gunman who attacked Judge Salas's family eight days later.
- Jenny Moore — UNCERTAIN. Journalist and trafficking investigator. Found dead in a Washington DC hotel room, August 2018. Died weeks after submitting an FBI report on alleged trafficking.
- B. Stanley Pons — UNCERTAIN. Cold fusion pioneer. Career effectively destroyed after Epstein wrote in a 2009 email "i killed pons years ago." Fled to France, renounced his US citizenship, and has not been publicly heard from in approximately 30 years. - John Connolly — Likely old age. Investigative journalist, January 17, 2022, age 78. Co-authored Filthy Rich. Natural illness.
- Efrain "Stone" Reyes — Likely coincidental. Epstein's last cellmate. COVID-19, November 2020, age 51. Talked to federal investigators; pandemic killed millions.
- Kenneth Starr — Likely old age. Epstein's attorney who helped negotiate the 2008 plea deal. Surgical complications, September 2022, age 76.
- Roy Black — Likely old age. Epstein's defense attorney. Died at home July 23, 2025, age 80, after serious illness.
- Bill Richardson — Likely old age. Former New Mexico Governor named in Epstein documents. Died in sleep September 1, 2023, age 75.
- Berry L. Kessler — Likely old age. Died 2005 in Georgia federal prison, age 84. Prime suspect in Shapiro murder. FBI documents reference a possible Epstein link.
- Ronald R. Eppinger Sr. — Unknown. Died November 2006, age 80. Cause of death not documented. Allegedly the first person to traffic Virginia Giuffre to Epstein.

- Marvin Minsky — Not suspicious. MIT AI pioneer. Cerebral hemorrhage, January 24, 2016, age 88. Named in Epstein court filings.
- Stephen Hawking — Not suspicious. Physicist. March 14, 2018, age 76. Died of ALS after 50+ years with the disease. Had visited Epstein's island.
- Michael Jackson — Not suspicious. Died of drug intoxication caused by personal physician, June 25, 2009, age 50. No meaningful Epstein connection.
- Matthew Perry — Not suspicious (Epstein). Friends actor. Died of ketamine overdose, October 2023. No Epstein connection. Death exposed an elite drug supply network; five people were charged including the "Ketamine Queen."
- Austin Tucker Martin — Not suspicious. Breached Mar-a-Lago armed and fixated on Epstein files. Shot by Secret Service, age 21. No Epstein network connection.
Unverified
- Two Unnamed Foreign Women — Completely unverified claims from 2026 DOJ file releases. An email alleges women were strangled and buried near Zorro Ranch. No bodies found. No investigation confirmed.
Living Persons at Risk / Active Cases
- Ghislaine Maxwell — AT RISK. Only convicted Epstein co-conspirator still alive. Serving 20 years at FPC Bryan, Texas. Multiple documented threats. Brother says "she's not suicidal." Deputy AG cited "numerous threats against her life."
- Nancy Guthrie — MISSING/KIDNAPPED. Mother of NBC journalist Savannah Guthrie (who conducted the first major TV interview with Virginia Giuffre). Reported kidnapped February 1, 2026 — one day after the DOJ released 3 million+ pages of Epstein files. Blood found at scene. $6M ransom reportedly demanded.
- Nadia Marcinko — MISSING. Epstein's personal pilot, granted immunity in 2008. Vanished after the Epstein files were unsealed in January 2024.
- Brice & Karen Gordon — MISSING. Zorro Ranch managers for approximately 20 years. Vanished after Maxwell's 2020 arrest. New Mexico commission designated them "people of interest."
- Thorbjorn Jagland — Former Norwegian Prime Minister and Council of Europe Secretary General. Hospitalized after a reported suicide attempt, February 2026, following corruption charges related to alleged Epstein ties. Jagland denies all charges.
- Prince Andrew — Arrested February 2026, released under investigation. First senior royal arrested in nearly 400 years. Arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office over alleged sharing of confidential trade information with Epstein. Not charged. Denies allegations.
- Peter Mandelson — Arrested February 2026, released on bail. Former UK Trade Commissioner. Arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office; allegedly passed market-sensitive information to Epstein. Not charged; denies all allegations.

- Gabriela Rico Jimenez — MISSING since August 2009. Made extraordinary public accusations against elites on camera in Monterrey, Mexico. Reportedly named a prominent billionaire's son. Was reportedly taken to a psychiatric facility; has not been seen publicly since.
- Karen Mulder — Alive, living privately in France. Supermodel and original whistleblower. Named Jean-Luc Brunel as a "child hunter" and accused Elite Model Management executives on French national television in October 2001. The footage was destroyed. She was hospitalized for five months.
- Tom Alexandrovich — Free in Israel; trial scheduled. Senior Israeli cyber official arrested in an FBI child predator sting in Las Vegas. According to reports, posted $10K bail and traveled to Israel within 48 hours. Passport reportedly not confiscated. Case pending.
- Richard C. Curtiss — Alive, Wayland, NY. Former MCC inmate who emailed the NY Post and authorities in 2021 claiming Epstein was murdered. Described disabled cameras and a "goon squad." - Denise George — Fired December 2022; reported threats to FBI. U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General fired four days after filing a lawsuit against JPMorgan over Epstein. Governor had pressured her to drop the case.
- Esther Salas — AT RISK. Federal judge whose son Daniel was shot and killed at their home in July 2020, four days after she was assigned the Epstein-Deutsche Bank money laundering case. Survived the attack herself.
